Required conduct
Use USA Ag Data only for legitimate business purposes. Follow all applicable privacy, marketing, anti-spam, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, and sector-specific laws. Identify your organization accurately, provide working opt-out methods, and honor removals promptly.
Prohibited uses
- Credit, employment, housing, tenant, insurance, or other eligibility decisions.
- Phone calls or SMS campaigns using USA Ag Data exports.
- Harassment, deception, impersonation, phishing, fraud, or unlawful discrimination.
- Sensitive profiling, surveillance, doxxing, or locating individuals for personal disputes.
- Unsolicited bulk email that violates law, provider rules, or reasonable sending practices.
- Resale, public posting, redistribution, list contribution, or building a competing data product.
- Automated abuse, scraping the service, bypassing access controls, probing other orders, or interfering with availability.
Enforcement
We may investigate, rate-limit, suspend, cancel, refuse, or terminate access or orders where we reasonably suspect risk or violation. We may preserve and disclose records where required by law. Refund eligibility may be limited when a buyer violates this policy.

Report suspected misuse or security issues to support@usaagdata.com. Do not include sensitive credentials or unnecessary personal information.
